right clicking in the indicator-applet area. I can't just remove

It would seem to me that the solution to this would be to add right
click functionality to each icon, and to have on the right click menu
the option to remove that icon from the indicator applet. Alternatively
add an option as in Windows system tray which allows you to hide the
icons that you don'
i really don't need inbuilt chat and email notifications. but if you
remove the envelope icon, battery, bluetooth and volume are also gone.
there is a separate icon for volume but it is buggy. it shows up in a
different background color and the icon does not match the theme.
