OK, I shoved it through again after Celso really backported the Soyuz
fix to drescher, and it seems to have worked this time.

k3b in Edgy depends on kdelibs4-dev (>= 4:3.5.3-1ubuntu2), which cannot
be satisfied in Dapper. However, the package compiles just fine with
Dapper's version of kdelibs4-dev. Can this build dependency be relaxed
in Edgy so that we can get a highly desired k3b backport in Dapper?
