Affects me in Oneric...nothing like this in natty but when I worked
installed backports in natty, this issue occured. Removing backports
made it work in natty. In oneric laptop is in a non-workable condition.
None of my bugs have ever been resolved so losing hope from Ubuntu now,

Well, I started having connectivity problems again with my desktop
wireless - hard to make an initial connection, then connection would
drop after a few minutes. I changed the wireless security from WPA2 to
WEP with 26 character code and it has been working OK after that. Does
anyone know why it
I am facing this problem too. And because of this I have to shift to
windows 7. I couldn't download via torrents or have an important video
conference. Every time I have to reset network manager to connect again.
I am using broadcom internal wifi card

I have solved my problem by installing ndisgtk, then going to the
Linksys website to download the XP driver for my WMP600N wireless-N PCI
adapter, then using the Windows Wireless Drivers tool in ndisgtk to
install the driver. I have not experienced any more problems connecting
after doing this. D
I'm having the exact same problem with my wireless desktop computer.
I'm using a Linksys WMP600N wireless PCI Adapter - everything worked
great with 9.10. I upgraded to 10.04 at first and when I experienced
this problem I did a clean install. Still had the same problem, so I
downloaded 10.04 agai
