The config file does not get updated correctly for some when going from
Karmic to Lucid.
The Ubuntu One team has done a new rollout so the speed of syncing
should be improving.

I notice your write write limit is set to -1.
UbuntuOneUserSyncdaemonConfig:
[bandwidth_throttling]
read_limit = 2097152
write_limit = -1
Could you please try the following and check back with the results.
1. Quit the Ubuntu One client
2. Delete the file: ~/.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemo
