Yes, I tried using qjackctl from source but that didn't solve the
problem..
BUT: in the meantime my jack programms are all working. I don't no why,
but I think this bug report is not necessary any more.

Do you have a local copy of qjackctl installed. The gdb trace shows that
the program run is in path /usr/local/bin/ instead of usual /usr/bin.
