This seems like a valid request to me and is still a problem with LibreOffice
3.3.

I am still using amd64, but now I am using Ubuntu 10.04 with:
OpenOffice 3.2.0
OOO320m12 (Build:9483)
ooo-build 3.2.0.10, Debian 1:3.2.0-7ubuntu4.1, Thu Jun 3 01:58:3
When I:
1.) Open OpenOffice Presentation (New Presentation)
2.) File -> Save -> Type
3.) There is no way for me to rip the text out
We're closing this bug since it is has been some time with no response from the
original reporter. However, if the issue still exists please feel free to
reopen with the requested information. Also, if you could, please test against
the latest development version of Ubuntu, since this confirm
