There is no way I can upload this.
Did everything you asked, when the login screen for Launchpad appears, I
put mail and password, but the "continue" option is greyed out, only
"cancel" is on blue, please, tell me, how do I suppose continue to
upload the log ???

Can you please try the following:
Uninstall your existing Wubi install in Windows.
Try to install Wubi again.
When the computer reboots for the first time, select Install Ubuntu from the
Windows bootloader and immediately hold down the shift key. If you see a
countdown message, hit escape.
