python-scipy failed to build on non-x86 architectures, but I've uploaded
a fix which should be built shortly.

Python 2.5 causes python-numpy from Debian to FTBFS. I'll fix that
shortly.

to build. I'll merge python-numpy and get python-scipy synced.
