I have not seen the double icon since I reported this. I'm not sure if
it was/is an indicator applet problem. Perhaps it is a paint problem
with either the gnome-panel or the indicator applet. The bluetooth
image is painted then the gnome-panel moves the indicator applet and
does not clean up un
