Workaround in #8 doesn't work for me (Ubuntu 10.04). After several hours looking and otherwise messing around, K9copy is the *only* DVD ripper I've founs for Ubuntu with support for automatic ripping of *multiple titles*. But if your / partition happens to be small, it's useless. Please please fix

Another temporary solution can be to edit the configuration file directly, using your favorite editor, edit the file named ~/.kde/share/config/K9Copy, find the "[dir]" section, and modify the "output=" line with your favorite location
