Hi, this is upstream (current maintainer).
Your report looks very similar to bug #544702, which seems to be a packaging
problem.
#544702 and #562008 could be fixed by upgrading the libticonv, libtifiles2,
libticables2, libticalcs2 and tilp2 packages to the newest version, which I
released last w
