I am running 2.29.95-0ubuntu1 as well. I haven't set up a gwibber
account yet and went to try to create one and this error occured.

Confirmed.
I've not seen this twice this morning with Beta 2 updates in place...
just clicking on Broadcast accounts caused this to happen. Gwibber is
dead?
