okay, what i just said about only during OOo word, not true. i just had it
happen twice in the last 4 minutes, while in firefox. the first time it
happened as I was mousing over some gmail directory type items. but the
second time it was while touching neither keyboard nor mouse.
if you can giv
this may be beyond my abilities. I have noticed, however, that the flicker
may only appear when running open office word.
