the issue has already be discussed, there is just no way to have a
secure keyring and not ask for any secret to be typed since if the
secret could be read from a programmatic way from disk it would not be
secure, any other random piece of code could use the same algorithm to

i think nothing should be automatically unsecure or secure (i understand that
some defaults are necessary and i do not see a point in discussing what
defaults should be), but the user should have the options to set his level of
security as he sees fit.
