After 3 days it looks the bug is solved.
I tried suspend/resume many times (about 25 times) without any problem.

Researching I notice acpid and apmd are running together.
Because acpid is an evolution fron apmd I will stop apmd and know if
this way solves this problem.

Yesterday it hangs again after pressing quickly the power button after
resume.
Usually, the screen shows a text output during a second just after press
the power button to resume. It is some like this (I'm not sure):
irq 16: nobody cared (try booting with the "irqpoll" option)
