Ricardo Pérez López, the problem you are facing is bug 539167 and this
bug report is certainly fixed. I think the status of the upstream bug
was marked fix committed because the upstream package is not yet
released though the fix was backported due to the final archive freeze.

Still not fixed. Using libdbusmenu 0.2.9-0ubuntu2, I still have repeated
menu options ("Compose a new message" and "Contacts") after opening and
closing Evolution.
