Closing my self as faulty interrupt checking of one of my dvb-t kernel
modules was responsible for bad responsiveness on user inputs.

Drivers for my dvb-t tv card seems to be the reason. Removing module
saa7134 and related (tuner, saa7134_*) lessens the problem.
Still, Someone knows how I could further investigate this issue?
