Are you referring to the "Keyboard Shortcuts" module now located in
Keyboard & Mouse?
I can't reproduce this on Feisty.

This bug seems to have been fixed in KDE 3.5.5 and 3.5.6. If someone's
still experiencing this bug after upgrading KDE, please add a comment
and a backtrace. Thanks!

I just finished updating kde-systemsettings, and the keyboard shortcuts,
and command shortcuts do not exist anymore. I guess that is the
temporary fix. [21:11,08/26/06]
