Well, truly, it seems to be working fine now. I've added files to the
web folder from my computer as well as another computer, and all were
quickly downloaded to my computer folder. Thank you!

Thank you. Followed the steps you outlined. Then I copied files into
my computer's Ubuntu One folder and they were immediately uploaded to
the web (which corresponds to how it had been working in the past.) I
then put a file into the web folder manually, waited for a bit, but it
was not synced t
