I tested this with USC 3.0.5 in Ubuntu 10.10, by installing Audacity.
When I clicked the "Install" button, it became insensitive. Then the

Without trying to turn the report into a forum, you didn't strike a
nerve however the "opinion" status is a status that gets ignored by
developers and basically closes a report. I suggest anyone reading this
doesn't use it.
