Rhythmbox 0.13.1 in Ubuntu 10.10 It does pop up an error saying "None of the tracks to be transferred are in a format supported by the target device, and no encoders are available for the supported formats." But is not helpful as to what those encoders are. -- Rhythmbox does not transcode to mp

This bug already contains the steps to reproduce. Any mp3 compatible mp3 player is required. Try dragging an ogg vorbis file onto it and rhythmbox will fail to transcode it. It will however, give no error. It will simply do nothing. Instead it should prompt the user to install gstreamer0.10-plugi
