In order to be prompted to add your computer upon opening Ubuntu One you need
to remove the Token from Passwords and Encryption Keys.
Can you try the following and let us know the results?
1. Quit the Ubuntu One client
2. Open Applications->Accessories->Passwords and Encryption Key
