this. As of a few weeks ago the suspend problem had not gone away with any
updates. also I started having this problem where the nvidia driver would
fail to load and ubuntu would start in low graphics mode. it started out as

I installed the 10.04 release today and I am still experiencing this
problem. I am not getting any flashing capslock while it is attempting
to suspend or any messages regarding the encrypted swap. I should add
that suspend did work in ubuntu 9.04. I will also add that i tried
installing mandriva
