Disabled all translation templates in the old kdebluetooth package,
approved the kbluetooth templates in the imports queue.
It will still take a bit for the new templates and translations to be
imported, after which they'll be available at:

renamed from kdebluetooth to kbluetooth? If that's the case, I think I can just
fix that by disabling
