It's now in 0.30 and, as it's a fast-changing project, I would say 0.28
doesn't make any sense in the ubuntu repository now.

Please sync monotone 0.29-1 (universe) from Debian Sid (main). There are
no Ubuntu changes, and the package builds fine in a clean Edgy pbuilder.
