This bug should probably be closed. There (seemingly) hasn't been
realplay package since dapper (so that's 2006) and since Lucid (April
2010) there is no longer a helix-player package...

Generally if two players depends on one library, the library should get
it's own dpkg-package and both players should depend on it.

Workaround: Deinstall the offender before/when installing the
repalcement.
e.g.
$ sudo apt-get install realplay helix-player-
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
The following packages will be REMOVED:
helix-player*
The following NEW packages will be installed:
real
