No problem, gnome-system-tools has changed a lot for edgy and that bug
has likely been fixed anyway, feel free to reopen if you can try edgy
and still get the bug

there is no dbgsym for dapper, you need to rebuild the package as
explained by the "Old notes" section of the wiki page

That repository has no "dapper" directory. I can not install the -dbgsym
packages !
(I need gnome-system-tools-dbgsym , right ?)
Note that the bug can be easily reprodiced, even in vmware.
BTW, there is an error in my first post. Instead of :
