Latest version almost said "iPod", but I wimped out and the last line ended up:

"Portable media player" - they play more than just music these days
including talking books, podcasts, videos. Although out of the box we
don't have a way of getting video onto these devices (unless they're
mass storage devices) because Rhythmbox doesn't care about video.

I was thinking the same thing, Lightbreeze. MP3 player is an odd term to
use at this point. Just "iPod" sounds a bit ugly, too, though, mainly
because we aren't Apple and can't at all guarantee that the iPod brand
will work. Need a snappy way of saying "...a music player, like an
iPod,..."
