1. In a terminal navigate to /var/log/dist-upgrade
2. Compress the contents of folder into an archive using the following
command:
sudo tar cvf ~/Desktop/dist-upgrade.tar *

I just tried it again and download/update doesn't finish when I chose
"Server for United States" in Software Sources, but works just fine when
I chose "Main Servers".
Is there some sort of log file or debug output that I can grab and
attach to this bug report to help diagnose what the problem is?
