Affects mee too. I like to have both - upper and bottom panel FULLY
transparent. This is ugly. All dark themes should aloow FULL panel
transparency. Its worse than brown. That's why dark themes should never

@Vish. It DOES limit the functionality of this theme! Especially users
with a visual or motorial impairment need to resize elements or
differentiate contrast behaviour. With the current limitations in
functionality they will not adopt the new themes. In my opinion a missed
opportunity in promoting

fact is:
a pretty panel and no transparent- and scaling-features or a flat ugly
(normal) panel but all features working as usual.
