Hi,
The steps you provided work perfectly.
I upgraded my system to 10.04 and then i went back to ubuntu 9.10. So as
you say it is caused by a different versions.

Sorry to hear you are having problems with Ubuntu One. looking at your logs it
looks like you hava a newer version of metadata on your computer. Did you
install the trunk version of Ubuntu One then go back to the stable version in
the repository?
To fix this you need to repopulate your
** Attachment added: ".home.carlos..cache.ubuntuone.log.oauth.login.log.txt"
