As Ubuntu has already passed the Feature Freeze [1], one has to first
ask for a freeze exception [2] and then file a Sync Request [3] as
usual.
I have never asked for a freeze exception in Ubuntu myself though, so I
might have understood something wrong. I also won't be able to ask for
a freeze e

Just a question. Since we have passed
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LTSDebianImportFreeze (February 11th) and Lucid
is coming from Debian/testing, not Debian/unstable, is there anything
that needs to be done so that this can be included in Lucid?

I updated the package in the Debian Perl Group's SVN repository and it
should be uploaded soon. Ubuntu can then sync the package from Debian
instead of a direct upload.
