After upgrading to Lucid I made certain that I had openvpn, network-
manager-openvpn, and network-manager-openvpn-gnome, but it still didn't

Argh. In Lucid, the package network-manager-openvpn-gnome is also
needed.
But the said packages don't depend on each other, though they don't work
without each other. Perhaps the following dependencies should be added:
network-manager-openvpn should suggest network-manager-openvpn-gnome
network-m
