I was using the "top-right" (indicator-applet-session based) shutdown
menu when I first reproduced this bug.

[Update] I could reproduce the following issue (sometime, not always) by
rebooting (running with livecd).
Switch terminal mode and type "sudo reboot". The system prints some
reboot message and finally stuck there.
Broadcast message from ...
The system is going down for reboot NOW!
init: avahi-dae
either from livecd or a fresh rootfs on SATA installed from livecd.

With the above alpha3 image, I could install ubuntu to Dove X0 board
successfully.
The "reboot" and "shutdown" on the top right corner work fine; but the
same buttons on the bottom right corner do NOT.

After installation, the problem is still present. Rebooting has the
same behavior as well.
