Nog een aanvulling. Ik kan wel een hoofddocument maken via het
Bestand/Nieuw/Hoofddocument. Dan heb ik echter niet de beschikking over
alle opmaakprofielen die ik in een apart sjabloon voor dit soort
documenten heb gemaakt. Het helpt namelijk niet om dat sjabloon in te
stellen als standaardsjabloon
