Thank you for bringing this bug to our attention. However, a paper cut
should be a small usability issue, in the default Ubuntu install, that
affects many people and is quick and easy to fix. So this bug can't be
addressed as part of this project.

If you are seeing this using an English US locale, you are seeing the
original string, not a translation. This is then a mistake in the
sources, not in the translations, thus I'm adding the Qcad bug task and
marking the one on translations as Invalid.
