Unfortunately (?) the crash can not be reproduced anymore. I think it
may be the realplayer package or something else that has been fixed the
last weeks.

If you can reproduce this problem, can you please run (in a terminal as root):
# gdb synaptic
(gdb) run
[make it crash]
(gdb) backtrace
and then attach the output of that backtrace to this bugreport?
