One more note: I suspect that bug occurs only when some sort of a minimum size
is set for a window.
For example, I open QtCreator and press Alt+F7. This allows me dragging its
window (at last :)) and changing its size. I'm able to reduce its width, but I
can't reduce its height to fit the scree
Imporant notw (just noticed): bug is reproduced only when window is
maximized (so forget about dragging, it should not work on maximized
windows... close/minimize should, however).
