I will fix release this since I just closed a duplicate bug. Myself and
a few others on IRC just tested and this, and 2 of the instances were
from Outlook. I was able to delete the message as well as modify. When I
did a modify it sent a modification message back to the originator.

I don't know. I have since switched to dimap for my email and calendar
(read only), and I manage my calendar from within Outlook running on
VMWare (or using OWA, as appropriate). Thus if I need to delete
anything, I do it from Outlook.
