It's impossible to do anything with the nautilus bug raging on. At the time I
could make the desktop usable by using pcmanfm (just by accident, because I
installed XFCE).
Dual screen needs too many other compromises anyway: must disable (radeon)
kernel modeset, disable DRI in xorg.conf, configur
any chance to get a backtrace? please run gnome-panel as:
gdb gnome-panel
(gdb) break gdk_x_error
(gdb) run --sync
reproduce the crash and:
(gdb) thread apply all bt full
save that backtrace and attach it to the report. thanks!.
