It's impossible to do anything with the nautilus bug raging on. At the time I could make the desktop usable by using pcmanfm (just by accident, because I installed XFCE). Dual screen needs too many other compromises anyway: must disable (radeon) kernel modeset, disable DRI in xorg.conf, configur
