This isn't CUPS bug, since CUPS has instruments for enabling
sharing/browsing. KDE doesn't provide GUI for it, so this is a KDE bug.

Sharing printers on 6.06 version is done like this:
sudo /usr/share/cups/enable_sharing 1
Enabling your clients to see shared printers is done like this:
sudo /usr/share/cups/enable_browsing 1
It's true, KDE doesn't have GUI for doing this. But this is cause
printing.kde.org stoped developing 4 y
