@Pedro Villavicencio if is the exif then why not throw a message like
this : "The image doesn't have any EXIF data" instead of something
cryptic message like "Failed to load image information". I bet the user
thinks is something wrong whit that file (image).

actually it is kind of a bug.. because nautilus doesn't inform the user
what is the "image" tab about. Usually i use the "image" tab to read
image's WEIGH and HEIGHT. And since nautilus usually shows WEIGH and
HEIGHT is not easy to understand that this is not a bug .. eog shows
WEIGH and HEIGHT jus
that's not a bug, the images doesn't have any exif information which
nautilus show in that tab, check the files with 'exif' . Closing it as
invalid.
