checking on the situation re my rather poor report. Seems to be a
pretty good release so far - much upgraded now! Really like the
regular upgrade process, many secuity issues being solved. Excellent

For the record, I believe that the lack of reiserfs is a qtparted bug
and not a bug in this installer as such.

Thanks for replying, and sorry for the trouble, mate. Hope your system
is working fine now. I am closing this bug since there is no way forward
without the logs. If you have the logs, or can provide the information,
please feel free to attach the log files requested and reopen this bug.
Sorry WIlliam, red haze was well and truly down at the time and I
missed that line about syslogs. Ended up using the alternative
installer. Hate to say it but that one is way better.

Can you please attach /var/log/syslog, /var/log/installer/syslog and
/var/log/partman (using the 'Add Attachment' link), as mentioned in the
error?
