I full absolute agree Bill comment. Now, I must need do a downgraded package with my PPA with Karmic yelp source and increase temporary the version number, because not have another way to read help topics. I put this package with my PPA and special Vinux distribution vinux/vinux-lucid repository

I can confirm that Yelp does not work with Orca. I must admit I'm dissapointed that this bug has been given "low" priority, as the blind will not be able to access the Ubuntu help system until this is fixed. This problem is caused by yelp switching from gecko to webkit, and webkit remains non-acc
