Dear Bryan, I tend to disagree with your conclusion. It definitely is Xorg-server crashing by itself, not by any bad circumstances, causing the plasma-desktop to exit too. The .xsession-errors file just shows the effect of this crash on the apps running. It shows the misery that results from the X
