Assigning to myself as I'm working on the required script changes to drop the
text installer and get LTSP in the live environment.
Also decreasing the priority a bit as it's actually something that was likely
to happen, also setting status to in progress.

That's caused by the seed having been changed to drop the text installer.
The build scripts are still putting a lot of stuff in the DVD image that they
shouldn't, including the option to install the LTSP server and the workstation
using the text installer.
I expect to have these two options gone
