I concur that there was clearly a typo in Davin's name, and apologies
for that.
The rest is (I believe) superseded (by several batches of new
wallpapers).
For the licensing, the user is welcome to put them in any many places
under as many licences as they wish.
Remember that for the high-resolut

is labeled as All-rights-reserved on flickr.
The other one by Piotr, "Radioactive Sunrise"
(http://www.flickr.com/photos/piotrzurek/645493473/ ) and "The Rainbow
is Dead" (
Investigating further, I see that most of the images seem to have
problems. I've now looked through all but 6; I'll do the rest tomorrow.
