This problem is still there in Natty. If the document is formated in
landscape mode, the default in printer settings is landscape, but
selecting portrait instead prints the landscape format correctly.

I am trying to print a pdf file landscape oriented. It shows up
correctly in okular but prints in portrait regardless of my printer
options.
The same pdf printed with xpdf is correctly printed in landscape without
