I am closing this bug report as this is not an bug in Ubuntu. The
warning message is due to a missing public key as outlined by Ludwin
Janvier above.

There's no error in this logs. Have a look in your current dir: you should have
a "dnprogs-2.49ubuntu1/" which contains the sources you requested.
Apt-get only shows a warning because you don't have the developer's public
keys. You could have them by installing the "debian-keyring" package.
