still have a problem of not rebooting, my traces are gone. I see a msg

I upgraded to 2.6.31-18 kernel, the trace msg is gone. My system still
does not reboot. I see a msg about my system restarting but it never
does. I waited a couple minutes after this msg but my system did not
reboot. I booted with default & lapic with no difference.

I've booted with lapic, disableapic, and default boot. I get the trace
msg every time. I've looked at the bugzilla post in #20, this sounds
like a 2.6.31 problem. Is there a work around for this?
